person differently. Certain body types are able to handle the
low-carb, low-protein, and low-cal diet better than other
body types. If
you let yourself get hungry then this diet will turn out to
be extremely hard.
You can try adding
small portions of protein such as; egg whites, chicken
breast, and dried nuts to help with the
symptoms.
