Q.  After the third day, I noticed I was constipated is this normal?

A.  Constipation can happen, you need to drink more water and eat more soup, if constipation still   exists then take a mild constipation reliever.

 

Q Do I have to eat the bananas?

A.  It is recommended that you eat bananas because they are high in carbohydrates and calories.     However, you can substitute bananas with papaya or kiwi.

 

Q.  I truly hate the taste of brown rice, what else can I eat?

A.  No, cranberry juice is the only juice that isn’t too sweet. The best thing to drink is unsweetened tea and water.

 

Q.  I got weak and cheated, what do I do?

Q.  The taste of cabbage is hard for me to stomach, what else can I eat?

A.  Alcohol is not allowed.  The reasons being are that: alcohol leads to more overeating, it also doubles in calorie content compared to any other type of juice, mixer or soda, and alcohol is known to lead to more alcohol.

 

Q.  I have been getting headaches and feeling extremely dizzy and weak while also experiencing sleepless nights, is this normal?

A.  The Cabbage Soup Diet will affect every person differently.  Certain body types are able to handle the low-carb, low-protein, and low-cal diet better than other body types.  If you let yourself get hungry then this diet will turn out to be extremely hard.

You can try adding small portions of protein such as; egg whites, chicken breast, and dried nuts to help with the symptoms.
