The
7 day
cabbage soup diet is a great program for fast weight
loss. It is said by many people that it is one of the best
weight loss programs around. The Cabbage Soup Diet is filled with lots
of nutritious fruits and vegetables, making the diet very
low in fat.
Although, this diet is very low in
fat, I caution you to not stay on the
Cabbage Soup Diet for more than the 7
day period. The reason
being is that the Cabbage Soup Diet is extremely low in
protein, vitamins, minerals and complex carbohydrates,
making it very unhealthy to stick to this diet for more than
one week. After
your one week is over you need to start back on a normal diet
plan for at least two weeks before resuming the
Cabbage Soup
Diet.
