Cabbage Soup Diet - My

I would
like to share with you my own personal experience with the
Cabbage Soup
Diet. At the
end of the 7 day
plan, I lost
over 10 pounds. Unfortunately, most of the weight that I
lost was water weight, however, it was still weight
loss. I have to
admit that the Cabbage Soup Diet was not a walk in
the park. In fact,
there were many times when I wanted to give up and quit,
mainly because of the taste of soup and the
dedication it took to not cheat.
On the
third day of the 7 day
diet I was sick and tired of eating cabbage soup,
partly due to the fact that the taste was very bland and
hard to swallow. Fortunately, I was able to find some
other cabbage soup
recipes to break the monotony. Although, the Cabbage Soup Diet wasn't nearly as
good as the food I was able to eat from
the
Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet
Plan!
Four
days into the plan,
I had spells of being light-headed and there were many times
when I would get very irritable, this was caused by the diet
being low in calories, proteins,
and vitamins & minerals. After I began to feel
the side effects, I started taking a multi-vitamin which
dramatically reduced my symptoms. The Cabbage Soup Diet took a lot out of
me, but I was able to finish because it was a short term
plan. Had
the plan been longer than 7 days I don’t think that I would
have been able to finish.
If you
are strong and serious enough to stick with this 7
day diet plan, you will lose weight fast! Although
most of your weight loss will be water, it is still weight
loss. The
Cabbage Soup Diet is a great
jump-start and confidence builder that will help you move
forward into a healthier diet
plan.
